In the machine shop, 80% of capacity is used to build, modify and maintain the machines that make matrices, discs, rings and wedges. Only 20% of machine time goes to producing blanks for the medical devices themselves.

I would also like to point out that most of the equipment used to make matrixes and other small items is designed and manufactured in our company.
A complete production cycle
But when we talk about uniqueness, it is in the production processes - in the developed technologies and production equipment. For example, we have implemented a complete production cycle for grinding disks: from the production of abrasive belts to the finished disk. And all this with high quality and production runs of millions of pieces!
Dealers rather than branches
We are building a diversified distribution system, including regional dealers of different levels. We do not consider it expedient to create full-fledged branches.
Three coincidences
- The production building in Voronezh and the office building in Moscow were both originally transformer substations.
- The names of the streets where the plant and the office stand both relate to invention: Kulibina Street and Novatorov Street.
- In the year the company was founded, 1999, the film “The Matrix” came out.
