2. Who we sell to
We sell only to organisations (clinics, hospitals, dealers) with a tax code. There is no minimum order.
We deliver throughout Vietnam.
3. How to order
The website accepts quotation requests only; no contract is concluded on the website.
(1) Send a request on the website with your organisation's name and tax code.
(2) Our manager sends you a quotation in Vietnamese dong.
(3) The contract is concluded when you confirm the quotation and we issue an invoice, or when both parties sign a contract.
4. Prices
Prices are stated in the quotation and invoice in Vietnamese dong, taxes included. Delivery (if charged) is a separate line in the quotation.
5. Payment
100% prepayment by bank transfer to the company account stated on the invoice. For regular dealers, deferred payment is agreed in the dealer contract. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you paid from.
6. Delivery
Delivery is free for orders at or above the amount stated in the quotation; below it, the carrier's rate applies as a separate line in the quotation. The estimated delivery time is stated in the quotation. Please check the packaging and quantity on receipt.
7. Exchange, returns and refunds
We replace the goods or refund the price if:
- wrong goods or quantity were delivered, or a visible defect is found — notify us within 7 days of receipt;
- a hidden defect is found — notify us within 30 days of receipt.
We do not take back goods of proper quality that match the order.
How: e-mail info@torvm.vn with the invoice number and photos of the goods and packaging. We bear the return shipping cost where the error is ours. At your choice, we deliver replacement goods or refund the price.
